This was truly an unforgettable experience. I had so much fun here, made so many good friends, and explored so much of Edinburgh. It is the only volunteering opportunity that I have extended my stay at, so if that doesn't tell you how great it is, come see for yourself. 🫶

It was amazing month I had in the hostel, I've got the opportunity to take people out for events, made so much friends and great chat with people from all over the world, Kat and jack are so supportive and I always have a great laugh with them!!! Definitely recommend!

Volunteering at RMB is one of the best decisions you can make when coming to Edinburgh. The hours are exactly as promised and they're super accomodating with requests, location is impeccable, the place is so cosy and colourful, the people are incredible, and there's always fun events to attend. Most importantly, the team here really do feel like a big family even if you've been here for five minutes. I've never stayed in a hostel that felt so safe and cheerful!

I highly recommend RMB! This was my first ever hostel experience and I was quite nervous at first but all my worries went away as soon as I arrived. It was such a wonderful place full of beautiful people. The working hours were set and easy to follow, the tasks were straight forward. Kat and Jack were great at answering any questions that I had. The other volunteers were so friendly and I enjoyed going to all the fun events that the hostel had to offer. The hostel is located in the best location, making it easy to make your way around the city. It truly did feel like a big family!

I had a great time at RMB! The location is in the perfect spot to see the whole city. I was able to go on hikes and sightseeing every day. The other volunteers were lovely and always had suggestions of things to do and see. The hours are very well organized and very flexible. I HIGHLY recommend doing one of the tours they offer at a discounted rate uo to the highlands. Hoping to be back later this year to volunteer again :)

I had a great time at the hostel. I was only there for 10 days, filling in while people were away but it was a great experience. Kat and Jack were friendly and welcoming and I really enjoyed meeting all of the other volunteers and attending the hostel events. The work was simple and not too hard. I would definitely recommend RMB to anyone.
