I really loved the course and the examples Meg did were just perfect, I really really appreciated it because it makes you feel a little bit more comfty with that kind of experience. I did work on customer service, and for some reason I really like it hahaha, but I know it could be hard for some travellers to enjoy or just to develop some of this tasks on their volunteers, so this is a pretty good course for you to feel way comfortable.
