I really loved the course and the examples Meg did were just perfect, I really really appreciated it because it makes you feel a little bit more comfty with that kind of experience. I did work on customer service, and for some reason I really like it hahaha, but I know it could be hard for some travellers to enjoy or just to develop some of this tasks on their volunteers, so this is a pretty good course for you to feel way comfortable.

Really recommend completing this course! Gives some good tips on general customer service but also how to go above and beyond to make sure the your hots is happy with you but more importantly how to make the customers experience the best it can be
