This is a great training course in customer service for people with no experience in the role. It is short and gets to the point. A great bonus is that they show examples of good customer service and bad so you know both what to do and what to avoid doing. Great all around!

This course was a great introduction to customer service in a volunteering environment. It’s clear, practical, and easy to follow, with real life examples that actually apply to Worldpackers experiences. I especially liked how it focused on communication, empathy, and problem-solving with guests from different cultures
