This course was a great introduction to customer service in a volunteering environment. It’s clear, practical, and easy to follow, with real life examples that actually apply to Worldpackers experiences. I especially liked how it focused on communication, empathy, and problem-solving with guests from different cultures
It gave me more confidence to handle responsibilities professionally while volunteering. Highly recommended for anyone starting their journey with Worldpackers
