Believe it or not my wifi went down just when you did the skit on the wifi... too funny! I really liked how you stressed professionalism, you really can't go wrong with that approach. Only one thing I missed (which I have encountered in customer service), and that is dealing with difficult personalities... but again being professional is the best default.
