Our hotel is committed to delivering high-quality service, and we believe that continuous learning is the key to excellence. As a volunteer, your role will be to:
-Share practical tips with our reception team (check-in/check-out, customer service, communication skills).
-Support our restaurant and service staff with hands-on training in guest interaction and service standards.
-Bring your own perspective and experiences to inspire our team, whether from professional jobs or previous volunteering.
No need for academic degrees — just enthusiasm, empathy, and a willingness to share what you know.

🕒 Around 20 hours per week
