Essa foi minha primeira experiência de voluntariado e foi muito melhor do que eu poderia imaginar! Fui bem recebida e me senti confortável desde o início, tanto com o staff quanto com os outros voluntários. As horas de trabalho são tranquilas e a acomodação é boa. Tive a oportunidade de praticar meu inglês com os outros voluntários e me senti muito realizada em fazer parte desse trabalho lindo! Super recomendo a experiência para quem ama animais 💗

Eu não sei nem por onde começar. Desde o dia em que cheguei fui excelentemente recebida em uma acomodação aconchegante e com bastante espaço. Se você estiver procurando por um lugar para se conectar com a natureza, com os animais e praticar seu inglês o abrigo é o lugar para isso. Todos os Staffs e cuidadores do abrigo são super amigáveis, gentis, divertidos e prestativos. Me senti super à vontade com todas as pessoas e animais. Tenho muito que agradecer pois tive uma primeira experiência maravilhosa e recomendo para todos que tem vontade de vir para cá!

I had an amazing experience at the Shelter. The people there were incredibly kind and welcoming from the first day, and it never felt like work because it was so much fun. Taking care of the dogs and cats was truly rewarding the dogs are wonderful, and you can really see and feel that the work you do makes a difference. It's very meaningful to help abandoned animals and be part of something so positive. The location is also great, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who loves animals and wants to have a fullfilling experience:)

My volunteer experience at ARA the shelter was truly wonderful. The team is kind, professional, and very dedicated to the well-being of the animals. The work is well structured and meaningful, and I always felt welcomed and appreciated as a volunteer. ARA is a place where compassion and responsibility come together, and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who loves animals. The dogs and cats are lovely and friendly. A really cool experience.

Sara stayed with us for two weeks in our shelter, and we were truly happy to welcome her back after her stay last summer. Her return during the New Year’s Eve period, when we have fewer volunteers, was especially appreciated. She is always willing to help, even on her days off, and approaches every task with kindness, dedication, and responsibility. Sara spent a lot of time with Brutus and formed a strong and positive bond with him. We are very grateful for her support and would have her back!

And again I just had the best time of my life! Ara is really a place that heals the soul. The animals are so lovely and I already miss them all so much. The stuff really cares for the volunteers and is doing the best for the animals. Everything ist with so much love and it makes so much fun to work at Ara. I am already looking forward to hopefully come back soon! The accommodations are really nice and the area looks really beautiful. Thank you for having me!! :)) I really miss this place already!
