Join our team and help create amazing experiences for our guests in beautiful Vang Vieng! You’ll assist with check-ins, handle payments, update guest profiles, and help organize activities. Volunteers also support basic housekeeping and guest communication. It’s a great opportunity to develop hospitality skills, make new friends, and enjoy Laos’ stunning natural scenery.
What you offer

About the Program
We welcome volunteers who love travel, culture, and want to experience a professional hotel environment in one of Laos’ most famous tourist destinations. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, make international friends, and explore the stunning mountains and unique river activities of Vang Vieng.
Assist with Check-Ins, Handle Payments, Update Guest Profiles, Prepare for Busy Periods, when End of Shift 1. Handover: Brief the next shift on any pending tasks or important information. Ensure all guest details and transactions are properly recorded and up to date. Final Check: Confirm that all guest profiles are accurately updated and that no important tasks have been overlooked. Report any issues or challenges.
Activities & Shift
Main Responsibilities
Front Desk Support: welcoming guests, providing basic tourist information.
Activity Organization: small events for guests, guided tours, cultural exchange activities.
Marketing & Social Media: assisting with photography, videography, and posting on social media.
Light Housekeeping: tidying common areas (lobby, lounge, kitchen).

⏰ Schedule
Volunteers will help us 5 hours per day with 1 day off per week, on a shift basis:
Shift 1: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Shift 2: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Shift 3: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
✅ Requirements
Age 18 or above.
Basic English communication (additional languages are a plus).
Friendly, energetic, and enjoys cultural exchange.
Responsible, proactive, and able to collaborate well in a team.
Rules
📝 Volunteer Rules
Attendance: Volunteers must attend their assigned shifts. If unable to come, notify the supervisor at least 24 hours in advance.
Schedule: Each shift is 5 hours/day, 1 day off per week. Volunteers must follow their assigned shift schedule.
Uniform: Volunteers are required to wear the hotel uniform during their shifts.
Conduct: Volunteers must maintain professionalism, be polite to guests and staff, and respect hotel property.
Accommodation & Meals: Dormitory accommodation and meals are provided. Volunteers must keep their living space clean.
Safety: Follow hotel safety rules at all times. No unsafe behavior is allowed.
Communication: Maintain good communication with team members and supervisors.
