Greet the morning in a kitchen fragrant with cardamom, where ancestral recipes simmer in copper pots
Feel the rhythm of the pestle as you crush ginger, fennel, and cumin—awakening the alchemy of spice with your own hands
Stir lentils slowly, the same way grandmothers once did, whispering stories into every swirl
Gather herbs under golden light—tulsi, neem, wild greens—learning their healing powers as you hold them to your nose
Sit beneath mango trees, tasting what you’ve made—earthy, tangy, slow-cooked dishes that speak the language of the land
Listen to the fire crackle and temple bells chime as twilight descends, your soul fed by flavor, warmth, and quiet ritual
Let the act of cooking become meditation, a return to something older than memory
