What you offer

Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

The Experience

As a Reception & Admin Volunteer, you’ll be the face and heartbeat of our hostel. This is a social, detail-oriented position that combines front desk interaction with behind-the-scenes admin support. You’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with bookings, and help keep things running smoothly in a relaxed environment.

I loved volunteering at the guest house, it was truly an amazing place to work, Howard the owner is a really nice guy, helps with anything. Working with the other volunteers was also an amazing experience, it felt like home for 3 weeks. I can only recommend this place. The work was also super fun and easy. I will definitely be back!!<3

I have been volunteering in Ringos since 2017. Here I had my best travel memories and connections. A very good place when you can connect and meet international travelers and hear travel stories and get some traveling tips. In the middle of Melaka, where you can connect with locals and enjoy the Malaysian multicultural environment. Traveler-friendly place. The owner, Howard, is a very cool, helpful, and easygoing man; you will be friends.

Since the day that I arrived everything and everybody was comfortable and easy. It is a very social hostel so you meet many friends and you da lot of activities all together. He offres no kitchen and no food, but it is an opportunity to eat together with guests or volunteers and have more fun and networking.
