What you offer

Hours per week: Help out and collaborate with your host only a few hours per week.

Tour Guide: Organize and lead tours around the city.

Night Shift: Help with night shift tasks and create a relaxing environment for guests.

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

The Experience

Work scope can vary from helping with checking in/out, little bit of gardening and cleaning, entertaining and giving help to the guests. It'll be a plus if you are passionate in cycling. No experience needed, we will provide training! There are 3 reception shifts all 4.5 hours. We don't care about your gender, your religion or where you are from. I loved volunteering at the guest house, it was truly an amazing place to work, Howard the owner is a really nice guy, helps with anything. A very good place when you can connect and meet international travelers and hear travel stories and get some traveling tips. In the middle of Melaka, where you can connect with locals and enjoy the Malaysian multicultural environment. Traveler-friendly place. The owner, Howard, is a very cool, helpful, and easygoing man; you will be friends.
