The Experience

WINTER OPENING. We have availability from end of January onward for volunteers that are keen to help with a range of tasks. The main duties involve front desk / office tasks such as taking bookings, answering inquiries, customer service, phone calls and general administration. There will also be some cleaning / housekeeping help required, and outdoor maintenance such as clearing snow and maintaining access around the property.

I spent almost 5 weeks volunteering at the lodge and had such a wonderful time. Everyone was very welcoming and kind, and I really enjoyed the mix of tasks. I mainly worked in the office but also helped with housekeeping, which kept things varied. the lodge are a bit remote, but if you love peace, quiet, and nature, it's a truly beautiful place. I'm very thankful for this experience and would happily recommend it.

The lodge is a wonderful place, great for meeting like minded people. With the 5 hours a day and 2 days off a week I think it's a great balance to go out and explore. The hosts were amazing and will definitely be back!

I had a great time at MVC! I slept in a comfortable cabin and the tasks and schedules are fair. The surrounding nature is stunning. Nathan is respectful and friendly. I recommend this volunteer.

My time to the Mountains the lodge was event better then my expectations, and i had high ones ! The place is awesome and very well located. We meet people all around the world and hear about nice adventure all day. Theres is so many things to do around here that it is mpossible to do them all. Also, Nathan and Lilia were very nice people. They did more then expected and offer us some amazing trips. Very very cool person. I highly recommended this to anyone!
