The experience

WINTER OPENING. We have availability from end of January onward for volunteers that are keen to help with a range of tasks.

The main duties involve front desk / office tasks such as taking bookings, answering inquiries, customer service, phone calls and general administration. There will also be some cleaning / housekeeping help required, and outdoor maintenance such as clearing snow and maintaining access around the property.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

Program Details

We offer accommodation + breakfast, lunch and dinner in exchange for 5 hours of work per day.
Volunteers work 5 days with 2 days off per week.

Activities & Shift

The usual shift is from 9:30am - 3pm with a 30 minute lunch break.

We sometimes need help with evening cover instead of the usual day shift.

During the winter season shifts can involve a range of activities, from office admin and customer service, to housekeeping, cleaning and outdoor snow clearing.

As winter is a more quiet time of year for the business our volunteers are needed to help with a range of needed daily operational tasks.

Be friendly, polite and respectful to all guests and coworkers.

During the winter please being warm and suitable clothing for colder temperatures that will allow for helping outside when needed.
