The experience

We are looking for a young single or a couple to manager our guest relations & experience.
Duties will include managing a small team of volunteers, addressing guest issues, assistance in day to day running of the hostel


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Requirements

Fluent English

Over 25 years old

Welcomes solo volunteers, couples, and partners of volunteers

Be from outside Australia

Program Details

• Help oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including check-ins, check-outs, and front desk services.
• Maintain hostel facilities, ensuring cleanliness, security, and comfort for guests.
• Handle complaints, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Implement and enforce hostel policies and house rules.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with the other volunteers
• Maintain a friendly and social atmosphere within the hostel.
• Organize and promote events, activities, and tours to enhance the guest experience.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and service.
