The Experience

Hi everyone, I am a full time mom who care a lot about my children education. Every summer, I do a mini summer camp for my twin to study with their friends. We have 12 children age from 10-12, fluent in English conversation, and need help to improve their grammar, writing skills...We are looking for some one can help them with these skills. Beside that, it would be great if you can teach them some cooking, yoga, dancing...or anything you are good

A great experience living with anh and her family. They were very welcoming, the house was comfortable and of high standards, the food they provided was amazing and the overall experience was wonderful. We helped look after their daughter cherry who was super playful and funny and also helped their older twins with English when needed. It was very enjoyable and we hope to return one day:)

Me and my partner volunteered with Anh and her family for 3 weeks. We had an amazing time, looking mainly after her daughter Cherry and helping out with small English groups with Anhs other children and pupils from the Local school. Cherry is the most adorable little girl ever, she has lots of energy to keep you busy but she will make you laugh non stop. Anh provides a private room and cooks 3 meals a day which are all amazing. I recommend this to anyone who enjoys Childcare/ teaching. The family since have moved house from the pictures advertised so there isn't an outdoor area as shown.

I could create lessons in any way that was engaging for the children. It was a joy to interact with them and I also got a glimpse of the student life here. From morning till noon, I was free to explore the attractions in Hanoi. I appreciated how flexible Anh was with the teaching schedule, when I wanted to catch the puppet show at night.

This was the second place I've volunteered at during my travels and without a doubt, it's been my favourite so far. Anh was so helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the very beginning. She put real care into planning our days with the kids and always made sure we felt comfortable and involved. What made this experience truly special was Anh's effort to give us an authentic taste of Vietnamese culture, especially through the food, which was absolutely delicious! I learned so much, felt part of a wonderful community and left with unforgettable memories :)

My 2 week experience with Anh and her lovely family was a true highlight from not only my time in Vietnam, but the whole of my years travel. With my partner and some international volunteers we helped lead a summer camp of 19 children and were welcomed in like it was home. Anh gave us great assistance with ideas and materials, but let us lead the experience to allow the children to learn about other cultures. We did a host of activities such as: building rafts and bird nests, presentations on countries and technology, plus a whole host of fun mini games. 100% recommended and we miss them all
