I can't put into words how much i genuinely loved this volunteering experience. Isla and Paul are incredibly welcoming, caring, kind and super funny! Every single day was enjoyable thanks to the wonderful environment that was created in the guest house. I had no experience in hospitality but everyone was patient and understanding, I was never stressed even in busy days, so i recommend this place if it's your first volunteer experience. The special thing about this place is that you're not on your own: you become part of a family. I was so happy I didn't want to leave. I can't wait to come back!!

I couldn't have asked for a better first Worldpackers experience! I felt super comfortable & welcome from the start, Isla and Paul are amazing. The work in the guest house was always fun, and everyone there was so kind and helpful. On my days off, I got to explore more of Scotland, and Isla always had great tips on where to go. I had the best time the guest house & would love to come back!

I had such an amazing stay at Isla's. She is a sweetheart and a really caring person. Paul is great too, he is so welcoming. I had a lot of fun and felt really welcomed and at home there. Everyone was patient with me while I learned great things, skills that are going to be a real asset if I want to get into the hospitality world. The place is just insane and out of a dream. I already miss everyone and the little dog Cola. The work was fun but it was a bit to intense compared to what you usually expect of a volunteering position.

From the amazing food, to the wonderful owners, and the perfect scenic location, I would recommend this place to anybody. Isla and Paul were welcoming from the very beginning. Unfortunately, due to a shift in their business plans, I could only be a part of the team for a short while but I am so grateful for the opportunity I was given! I made life-long friends, loved on the coos, and always went to bed full. I wish the guest house and Isla, Paul, Shaw, and Cola nothing but the best! Looking forward to seeing how this place blossoms into its full potential! Much love 💗

Drumbiue Farm is beautiful and peaceful. The culture, views, and the hairy coos are a one of kind experience. Isla and Paul are the best hosts. They've turned their home into an amazing business filled with love. I felt blessed to live and work there. It was busy but rewarding and I'll never forget my time there. I met such great people and made life long friends. Someday I'll go back. I know I'll always have a second home there.
