My experience at the guest house was everything I was looking for. Isla and Paul made me feel part of the family since day zero and being able to share this experience with so many volunteers (for a time we were in ten) was amazing. If you're sociable and hardworking you'll love this place just as much as I did. The work is not difficult, but it can get very busy at times. Having the same days off (Monday and Tuesday) made us able to travel together through the Highlands and make great memories together. Overall I really recommend this experience to everyone who would like to explore Scotland!

Working here at the Teamroom was such a great experience. Isla and Paul are super nice and generous hosts. I met a lot of amazing people and now I have friends all over the world. Even if it might get a bit busy on some days there is always a good vibe and laughter in the team. It's such a lovely place here and I am looking forward to come back again. :))

I loved my time at Quila Cridhe. Isla and her family will immediately put you at ease. It is fast paced work and a little hospitality experience is helpful but don't be put off, you'll have loads of time to learn. My boyfriend and I now consider Paul and Isla good friends. We will definitely come back. It's a gorgeous place and Isla has lots of suggestions for things to do. She fosters a lovely environment with all the worldpackers and we went on many adventures together. I will miss being here and miss spending time with the coos.

Our time with Paul and Isla has been incredibly special. From the time we arrived we were welcomed with warmth and laughter. You will find volunteering the guest house is as much a family experience as a working one. The work is a typical fast paced kitchen, with everyone working as a team and sharing roles. If you enjoy the satisfaction of a hard day's work in a team then this is for you. Paul and Isla will bend over backwards to help accommodate you wherever they can. It's an excellent place to make lifelong friends, not just with other travellers but with Paul and Isla and their family.

My time at the guest house was really nice! Isla and Paul are very welcoming and understanding people who you can always talk to! Even though the work is quite demanding, the family atmosphere on the farm makes up for it. You never go hungry here as there is always something to eat and you can also snack on the cakes and try out the menu. One of the highlights here are the fluffy highland coos right in front of your doorstep!🐮🥰
