We had the best experience at ARA. The team and other volunteers are so kind and welcoming which helps finding your way in the job. Everyone takes such good care of the animals, their comfort and wellbeing always comes first. The shifts you work are well arranged so it's a great balance of working and having free time. In your free time you have a lot of possibilities to go outside our spend more time with the dogs. We can't wait to come back to this beautiful place. It truly is a home away from home.

This was my second time volunteering at ARA, and it was incredible like last time. I love the staff as it is clear they want to help the animals at the shelter but I also love the environment that ARA creates for each of its animals. I definitely plan on returning again soon, but with the dogs I adopted from them this past visit

ARA is simply fantastic! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, which makes the whole experience very pleasant. The animals are in excellent condition and are lovingly cared for, which is immediately noticeable. You easily make great friendships, as the atmosphere is so warm and inviting.
