ARA is the Place to be and especially a nice Place for your First Volunteer experience. I feel very welcome there and you can meet a lot of Other Volunteers and Will Never be alone!

I spent two weeks at ARA for the first time, and immediately felt really welcomed and like home. The staff was kind and helped explaining the tasks. The schedules are always respected, and working in a great environment like ARA is always a pleasure! I would recommend the experience to anyone, and I'd definitely love to come back :)

My time at ARA was amazing, I even extended my stay because I didn't want to leave. Everyone is so nice and working with the animals is so much fun. I can really recommend ARA to everyone who loves animals and wants to meet some pretty cool people :)) I can't wait to go back!

Truly the most amazing and fulfilling experience! ARA does such an incredible job caring for these animals, you can really see the love and dedication in everything they do. Volunteering here opened my eyes to the amount of effort and compassion that goes into rescuing and rehabilitating dogs in need and I'm so grateful to have been a part of it all. If you're thinking about volunteering or adopting, I can't recommend ARA enough. This place is really special :)

ARA is a great shelter. Everytime I am there, I meet new people and with that even new friendships. The Team is amazing as well. You can see how passionate and loving they are towards the animals and how serious they take their work. It's always sad to leave, not only because You are leaving all the precious animals behind, but also because it's such a fullfilling workplace. At the End I can just say: remember that this is not only cuddling and a cheap vacation. We work as a team to help provide a nice stay for the dogs/cats. :)

This was now my third time at ARA and I will be really happy to come back next year! The dogs and cats are fantastic and you'll meet lots of great people! In most cases, everything is well organised and one can tell that the staff loves the animals. See you again next year :)
