This experience was life changing, we had so much fun thanks to the people as well as the amazing monkeys and animals. We learnt so much about the environment as well as ourselves, we feel very privileged to have been able to take part in this opportunity. It is very tough and took us well outside of our comfort zone , the work, the living conditions and being off grid but overall it was completely worth it. Thank you the project!

Exactly a home away from home. I cannot put to words how amazing time I had in this place. The people, the animals, the place. My luck with people was amazing i met the most amazing people in this place. Getting to know and see the animals grow and learn was magical. And also just getting to know them and how they act and who they are was something Ive never experienced before. As for the place, its far away from luxury, it is still a jungle with no internet or electricity but if you give into that youre gonna enjoy it and have the most amazing time ever!!! I really loved the place so so much

Monkeys adorable! Work peaceful, usually in the jungle for 5-6 hours a day just watching and feeding the monkeys. Hot and mosquitoy. Mostly vegetarian except for one day of the week. Little boring in the afternoons. About 10 min boat ride or 30 min walk to rurrenbaque. No electricity or convection to outside world. Good experience overall!

We had a great time at the project and enjoyed our stay! Working with the animals in the jungle supporting them to get back into their natural habitat was great and meaningful. We felt very welcomed by the team and the other volunteers and even got to practice our spanish a little bit by interacting with the locals working at the project. Even though the accomodation is basic and without electrocity or Internet we felt comfortable and had a lot of fun with the other volunteers. Even got used to the tarantulas (; Big recommendation if you like working with animals and don't mind the Jungle

I had a good time there. There is no electricity or signal. But you know that beforehand. If you want, you can always take the boat to Rurre for 10 Bs. I was pleasantly surprised by the cooled drinks and the good food from the cook (Theresa). The only downside is that the staff sometimes tell you contradictory things about how to treat the different animals. But you just do your best. And you are happy to do it for the animals and Frederic.

Hi Simon,

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your experience. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed your time with us and that the food and drinks were a pleasant surprise! We also appreciate your understanding about the challenges with electricity and signal.

We’ll take your feedback regarding the staff and animal care into consideration to make sure we're all on the same page moving forward. Your dedication to the animals and Frederic means a lot to us, and we are truly grateful for the hard work and positive attitude you brought during your time here.

It was a pleasure having you with us, and we hope to welcome you again in the future.
