It was my first time in Korea and my first time volunteering abroad and applying to this opportunity in Daejeon was the best decision ever. Russel is a very kind person, he takes care of everything and is always here to help. Daejeon is an amazing city full of cool things to do but more peaceful than Seoul, and you can visit other cities easily because it's well located. The korean students at the Studio were all very nice and interesting to talk to and the others volunteers were amazing people and I've made precious memories thanks to them. I would love to come back again !

Oh. My. Gosh. I absolutely loved my time at the studio and the apartment. These were some of the best weeks of my life and I'm in love with Daejeon! My favourite city I've ever been to. Feels like home and I made so many incredible the coliving during the sessions and especially at the accommodation. Also, what a great place to stay! The apartment has so much food and very comfortable. I'll definitely be back. And thank you Russell for helping me while I was unwell. I appreciate all the care you've put into this experience for us 🙏🏻

This was my first ever volunteering experience, and I cannot wait to come back next year! Russell is amazing, he was always making sure we had whatever we needed and taking care of us. The team was fantastic at the language school which is really close, and the students are very friendly and easy going. Daejeon is a great place to stay with many activities to offer, you can easily get to Seoul, Busan etc on ktx or bus. I was extremely lucky with my roommates, but I can tell why everyone in the past had a great time at the dorm. Get ready to make lifelong the coliving here !!

I had a nice time at the language studio! The Koreans who go to the studio are really fun people to talk to and their English is good! The other volunteers were also nice. The studio and the apartment are near each other and there are plenty of things to do in the area. I recommend taking the path along the river when going between the studio and the apartment!

I had so much fun here in Daejeon. The work was pretty easy, and Russel was so kind, always making sure we were comfortable! We worked 4 hours a day and could choose the days we worked, so it was really nice! The students were super sweet and very welcoming. If you come here, I recommend going to Dunsan-dong! It's about 10-15 minutes away from the accommodation, and there are lots of clubs, arcades, pubs, etc. Overall, my experience was lovely, and I would definitely stay here again!
