Absolutely loved the hostel. Definitely the best hostel I've stayed at. Livia and the rest of the reception staff are there 24/7 and are cool people to chill out with as well as whatever help or advice you may need. The hostel has a restaurant with Asian food to die for, a swimming pool and an amazing bar and terrace with the best manager Dimitrije and his right hand man Djuro often giving you a few free drinks.

The hostel was my home for 6 months, it was one of the best experiences i've ever had. I met a lot of incredible people there. Everyone was really nice! In special Livia and Edu! Love them. The location is perfect, there's a tram station in front of the hostel what helps A LOT! you can go by walking to the main square in less than 5min, also there's store, market, bakery, everything you need around. They also have a bar were you can help them sometimes. The work it's really simple you just have to do what they ask for and complete the task list. They provide food! Also, love the eggs.

I had a great time in Zagreb with the hostel crew! Zagreb is a very surprising European capital and the hostel created an incredible environment to meet, explore, and grow as a traveler from the United States. Additionally, one of the cleanest hostels I have ever worked for offering the volunteers a cozy dorm for comfort, privacy, and peace. Thank you the hostel! I'll be back soon for more Rakija, boreks, and balkan adventures!:)

I had a nice month at the hostel! The hostel is really nice, having a pool and bar is great, and a lot of the staff and volunteers were super cool. There's a lot of management and staff turnover so it's a bit unorganized which can be a hard environment to work in. They could work on having clear outlines for volunteer responsibilities and also a cleaning scheduled enforced in the room. Also, if you're looking for a fun croatia beach town, Zagreb is not it (many of us made that mistake lol). Reception work is simple though and hours are respected

Work is fair and easy to learn, staff is kind and respectful and Zagreb is very interesting. Basic food is bought for volunteers and you add what you want to it. Leaders and managers are accessible. And they have one of the coolest bars in the city, the hostel Monkey, also with amazing staff! the hostel was a happy surprise! Volunteering there was an experience I'll always carry in my heart. a place that will welcome you and have you as family. I'm extremely grateful for everyone at the hostel, amazing kind-hearted people I've had the pleasure to meet.

The hostel was my first volunteering experience at a hostel and it was the most amazing month. The job itself is very manageable and the hours are always fair, there is never a dull moment at the hostel and the staff and other volunteers at both the hostel and the bar are all truly special people. The schedule is always given in advance and Dana always does her best to ensure everyone is happy with their shifts. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend to everyone!

I stayed about 40 days at the hostel, and it was a great experience! The team is nice and is always willing to help you. The hours are well respected, the job is easy but can be heavy some days, but no different from the work you have in large hostels. Both the team that works at the hostel/reception and the bar team are very nice! They provide basic food (eggs, pasta, bread) which undoubtedly helps volunteers. Thanks everyone for the time!! Valentina, Dana, Thiago, Eduardo, Antonia, all the other volunteers, staff and bar crew, thanks for everything ♥

I wasn't supposed to be in Zagreb but I'm glad I went, it was my first volunteer job and honestly I'm so glad it was my first experience, the moment I got there they made me feel right at home. Valentina and Dana especially, they are the nicest people I've ever met. I couldn't have asked for better coworkers. The job was simple and easy to follow and the hostel is a great social environment, I've definitely made some life long friends there. If you wanna volunteer in Zagreb or even just want to visit DEFINITELY go to the hostel and tell every there I said hi!!
