We are looking for individuals with swanky energy to join us! Your tasks won’t be too complex, but we need someone dependable. You’ll assist with housekeeping, reception, bar and/or breakfast duties. Genuinely the best experience I've had while volunteering. The staff is so welcoming and kind. They make you feel like you are apart of their family as soon as you arrive. This hostel also attracts the coolest people, your fellow volunteers will be good friends. As for work, all the hours are adaptable and fair. If you want to take day trips to other places it's completely doable. Overall LOVED. Would recommend to everyone

I'm glad I chose the hostel Mint for my first Worldpackers experience. Lucija (the staff member in charge of volunteers) was amazing from the very beginning, clear in her communication with volunteers, and always ensured our well-being was taken care of. The scheduled hours were respected, and the hostel was also very flexible with scheduling. Volunteers are provided with basic groceries in a well-equipped kitchen. There's also a bar and restaurant on-site, where volunteers receive discounted prices. I'd highly recommend the hostel Mint to anyone looking for a volunteering opportunity!

Volunteering at the the hostel was definitely one of the best decisions i could have made. I felt welcome from the very first moment. The staff is incredible and always willing to help with anything you need. A special thanks to Lucija – you are such an important part of the hostel! The shifts are very easy and you have enough free time to explore the city or travel to other places around Zagreb. I had an amazing time with all the other volunteers, and it's so easy to make new friends here. I will miss this place a lot and can strongly recommend volunteering here.

My volunteer experience at the hostel was incredible. Zagreb really started to grow on me during my the hostel — the culture, the pace of life, and the people all made a huge impression. As a kid from a small town in Tennessee, I was treated so well from day one. The staff, guests, and other volunteers made me feel welcomed and included, and I truly enjoyed meeting everyone. I'm grateful for the opportunity and can't wait to come back again.
