This was my first Worldpackers and has been such a great experience, i have spent here some incredible weeks!! Knowing the animals every day more and help them, even just socialize and play with them, is the best thing. Your love for animals is going to find home in this place. Working for ARA has been one of the best experiences I ever got to make. Everyone is incredibly nice and welcoming… not once did I feel left out. The love for the animals, that you can clearly feel at ARA, is overwhelming and I was so lucky to experience that. The work you have to do follows a clear structure and is never done alone. It isn't too hard either and you have enough free time to explore the city, beaches or play with the dogs. I will definitely come back!

Truly an incredible and life-changing experience. As soon as you step foot into ARA, you can already get a sense of dedication they have for the well-being of the dogs and the cats. The parks, the kennels and the catteries are very well maintained. It is so heartwarming to see how well they are taken care of. Taking care and bonding with the animals, meeting like-minded folks and making new friends has been such a joy. I hope to be back soon!

This was my second time volunteering at ARA, and again I absolutely loved it! The staff are amazing, so kind and helpful. All the volunteers are lovely, and it's nice to meet new people. The animals are amazing, and it's so great to be able to help them! ARA is a very special place and I will be returning again next year for a third time. I would 100% recommend it to anyone, it is a great experience to travel on your days off, spend time with animals and meet new people. It is the best place!
