I really enjoyed this course. It brought me insights into working in a highly communicative environment in which constant positivity is expected. I really liked the idea of giving myself some time in the morning to be able to face the day as well as the tips on how to remain positive when you're having a bad day. These ideas have really helped me as a senstive person who sometimes needs a minute to herself 😅.
