This course was a good way to learn the basics of non-violent communication, and it is explained clearly, separated into different topics for you to take in better. Certe cose utili . Credo che importante sia anche l'educazione. per una comunicazione efficace il non interrompere e aspettare che la persona finisca di parlare sia la base. Immagino si debba fare anche molta pratica . Certe emozioni sono difficili da governare con un respiro , magari meglio rimandare il confronto ad un altro momento
