Certe cose utili . Credo che importante sia anche l'educazione. per una comunicazione efficace il non interrompere e aspettare che la persona finisca di parlare sia la base. Immagino si debba fare anche molta pratica . Certe emozioni sono difficili da governare con un respiro , magari meglio rimandare il confronto ad un altro momento
