The information shared throughout this course was clear, concise and helpful. It made me more self aware how to deal with conflicts if they occur with the host and other people. I learned how small things like body language, the presence of your phone and background noises can cause an effect when trying to solve an issue.

I enjoyed the course and would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about dealing with conflicts and be more self aware when staying with a host.
