Estuvimos dos semanas de voluntariado en Premier Adventures y no nos pudo ir mejor! Nos acogieron muy cálidamente y todo el proceso de adaptación y aprendizaje la verdad es que fue muy ameno, nos lo pusieron muy fácil. Luego el trato recibido por parte de Miriam y Ivan también ayudó mucho en todo el proceso, nos trataron con amabilidad y mucha simpatía, como todo el mundo debería ser! Así que sí, recomendamos 100% este voluntariado con ellos a todo aquel que quiera pasar unos días en Valladolid!

Miriam a été adorable, nous avons aussi croisé Ivan, Don Alejandro, Lupita et Jerry qui sont tous super gentils. Il y a aussi Rugus le chien qui fait littéralement partie de la famille, un vrai petit bonheur au quotidien! On a eu une formation le premier jour qui met en confiance et permet de savoir quoi faire dans son travail. Une grande confiance est laissée car on est seuls après au travail dans la oficina. Et le travail était parfois très long et sans grand plaisir car il s'agit surtout d'attendre les clients et de leur vendre des tours. Mon compagnon et moi préférons être dans l'action.

Miriam is super friendly and the staff are welcoming. The free tour to the cenotes is super cool and the discount to Chichen Itza is great. If you work in the office with no toilet, it's close to the house and you can use the one in the house. Valladolid is a lovely town, not much to do—2 weeks is a perfect time to volunteer and see everything. Try and see if you can work morning/afternoon shifts as I only had evenings so didn't get to experience much nightlife, only some speakeasy bars & restaurants were open at 10pm when I finished.

Ivan, Miriam and Gerry were so great to work and live with. The house we share is cozy and the dog Rufus is a legend in the house and on the streets. The work itself was very easy and the shifts were consistent the only downside was that it's just soooo quiet if you have the evening shifts. If you are looking to relax from the partying side of Mexico then this is the place to to take a break. The staff house is also in a prime location. Valladolid itself is very pretty and the cenote tour was an incredible experience!

I had an great experience volunteering for Premiers Adventures the home ! The people are really kind, the work is easy and the schedule gives you plenty of time to explore the area which is amazing !! I highly recommend :) Muchas gracias para todo fue un placer ❤️

My partner and I volunteered here originally for 2 weeks however ended up extending for another week. We had a great time the home and working with the Premier Adventures team. Mariam was super clear with communication and settled us into the property and we received great training from Lupita. The work hours were clear and the tasks to be performed at work were simple. Would highly recommend this place as somewhere to volunteer!

Genial , la casa es cómoda en general , el acceso a segundo piso no es tan accesible , pero es cómodo para dormir y la ubicación es muy buena . El trabajo tiene tareas muy sencillas y no se trabaja mucho en general . Te dan muchas oportunidades respecto a los tour con un tour gratis y un considerable descuento para acceder a los otros , fui a todos los que ofrecían y fue genial gerry es un guía genial , y el equipo es muy tranquilo y relajado Ivan ,Mirian ,Lupita siempre estaban ahí para apoyar y hay flexibilidad . Valladolid es un lugar genial estoy muy agradecido espero volver pronto 🌱❤️

It was my first volonteer experience , before going there I was so worried about everything but then I realize that there is something after fear which is joy and pure connection . I felt for the first time in my life really welcomed somewhere. In few days Valladolid became a part of me I was feeling very comfortable and Premier Adventures was such a big and caring family ! I had my own room which was very confortable , the job was very plesant I had a lot of fun selling tours and made a lot of good friends . Thank you very much Premier Adventures !!

I had an amazing time volunteering with Premier Adventures. The whole team was truly amazing and the vibe is super familiar. Thank you so much guys for making this time so special. I truly felt at home. The provided house is so nice and cosy, Valladolid is an amazing city with great streetfood, bars and events, and the work was easy and great for practicing spanish. I even could go on one of the tours for free. I 100% would recommend this experience:)
