Volunteering at Premier Adventure was my first volunteer experience and it was great ! The work is selling tours for the agency which is pretty simple, and in exchange you get free accommodation in a shared house with the other employees/ volunteers, a free cenote tour and discounts on other tours. The team is super nice and welcoming, we had some really good times together! I definitely recommend volunteering here :)

Valladolid is amazinggg and I really liked volunteering at the tour agency, the job is quite easy and it can be nice talking to people and recommending the tours, you end up learning more about the places you can visit like that :) The staff are lovely people, very welcoming and good vibes. If you make a mistake they are nice about it. You can do the cenotes tour for free and other tours with some discount. Only things that could be improved is the scary ladder you need to climb to go up to the room lol and the house has no laundry or microwave, but still a very lovely place to live

We had an amazing time the home, the job was very nice and easy, you get to talk with the tourists and you can connect with the locals as well. Accommodation was top. We enjoyed our time off, exploring the cenotes and the free tour offered by the company was amazing! Gerry, our guide was lovely, and made it very fun. We are super grateful for the experience, being our first volunteering we didn't know what to expect but the two weeks went by so quickly and it was hard to leave! Thank you to Miriam, Ivan, Lupita and Gerry for being so kind and easy going 🌸 we can definitely recommend it.

This was my first time volunteering. I came here with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time. We spend a month here, so we really got to know the people and the city, and felt at home. The whole team is very nice and welcoming. The work is easy but it can sometimes be a little boring, so I recommend bringing a book :). One thing that you should be aware of if you're volunteering as a couple, is that you won't be working the same shifts, so you won't get to spend much time together. I would still 100% recommend this experience!!

Our stay with Ivan, Jerry, Lupita, and Miriam the home was amazing. Being our first time in the Americas, everything felt new and exciting. The first week, headaches slowed us down, so staying longer helped. The work was easy, sometimes boring, so you can scroll/paint etc. The free cenote tour was a beautiful highlight! We also befriended a stray dog, and Ivan kindly adopted him. The team is super kind, and the city, though small, is colorful and lively. 10/10—nothing but love for the team! (And if you visit, give Rufus lots of love!)

It's about family. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Everyone with the company was welcoming and warm. The tasks were straightforward and was based around helping visitors to experience the local cenotes, archaeological sites, and culture. Scheduling was always clear and training happened on day 1 so we were ready to go. We ended up painting them a mural for a new office, which has been a fun experience as well. We can only highly recommend. Beautiful city, people, and experience.

I had a great time the home with the team at Premier! The work was easy and the team provides a free cenote tour and discounts for additional tours. The town is very small, so I would recommend staying for only a couple of weeks. Ivan tries to give you consecutive days off, so this would be good if you want to do small trips to Quinta Roo or Merida during your time. Schedules are released on Sunday for the week, so it can be difficult to plan ahead. However, the team was very flexible and was able to give me the days I wanted off when I asked. Thank you, Premier!

I spent a wonderful time with the colleges of Premier Adventures! From the first moment they welcome you as if you are one of them, but help you where needed. The reception work was very rewarding for every customer coming in, and experiencing the tours myself only made this feeling stronger. Thank you all for this wonderful experience!

Miriam is super friendly and the staff are welcoming. The free tour to the cenotes is super cool and the discount to Chichen Itza is great. If you work in the office with no toilet, it's close to the house and you can use the one in the house. Valladolid is a lovely town, not much to do—2 weeks is a perfect time to volunteer and see everything. Try and see if you can work morning/afternoon shifts as I only had evenings so didn't get to experience much nightlife, only some speakeasy bars & restaurants were open at 10pm when I finished.

Ivan, Miriam and Gerry were so great to work and live with. The house we share is cozy and the dog Rufus is a legend in the house and on the streets. The work itself was very easy and the shifts were consistent the only downside was that it's just soooo quiet if you have the evening shifts. If you are looking to relax from the partying side of Mexico then this is the place to to take a break. The staff house is also in a prime location. Valladolid itself is very pretty and the cenote tour was an incredible experience!
