The Experience

Hi WorldPackers community!!! My name is Ivan, and 2 years ago I settled down and started a Tour agency in the heart of the Yucatán Peninsula in the beautiful Valladolid. As a company, we are focused in providing quality all-inclusive Tours to Chichen Itza and the beautiful Cenotes nearby. I always like to meet new people and that is also why I want to help travelers offering them a place to stay meanwhile learning from them

I have spent three amazing weeks here ! The city is beautiful and have such a good energy. I ended up knowing everyone and was so sad to leave.. The house with the other volunteers and the team makes it a very friendly environment ! Thank you to everyone for making these weeks very special. The job itself isn't very demanding and you will be taught everything on the first day ! And there will always be someone if you need. You also have a free cenotes tour which is super nice and you'll find a lot of other places to visit around. I definitely recommend this volunteering experience !

After spending four weeks here, and it being my first volunteer experience, I can absolutely recommend this host. The whole team was incredibly friendly and even joined us in activities like karaoke at the local bar down the road. Besides the cenote tour offered by the host, there are plenty of other cenotes in the area where you can easily spend a full day. The work itself is very easy and straightforward, at times it can feel a bit slow or repetitive, but the overall experience was amazing. The city also has a vibrant energy, even during the low season.

Volunteering at Premier Adventure was my first volunteer experience and it was great ! The work is selling tours for the agency which is pretty simple, and in exchange you get free accommodation in a shared house with the other employees/ volunteers, a free cenote tour and discounts on other tours. The team is super nice and welcoming, we had some really good times together! I definitely recommend volunteering here :)

Valladolid is amazinggg and I really liked volunteering at the tour agency, the job is quite easy and it can be nice talking to people and recommending the tours, you end up learning more about the places you can visit like that :) The staff are lovely people, very welcoming and good vibes. If you make a mistake they are nice about it. You can do the cenotes tour for free and other tours with some discount. Only things that could be improved is the scary ladder you need to climb to go up to the room lol and the house has no laundry or microwave, but still a very lovely place to live

We had an amazing time the home, the job was very nice and easy, you get to talk with the tourists and you can connect with the locals as well. Accommodation was top. We enjoyed our time off, exploring the cenotes and the free tour offered by the company was amazing! Gerry, our guide was lovely, and made it very fun. We are super grateful for the experience, being our first volunteering we didn't know what to expect but the two weeks went by so quickly and it was hard to leave! Thank you to Miriam, Ivan, Lupita and Gerry for being so kind and easy going 🌸 we can definitely recommend it.
