This was our first volunteer experience and it was great! Miriam, Gerry, & Tia Lupita are the sweetest, most welcoming people we've met. Hours are super easy, and usually there is someone with you who speaks spanish, but I would suggest practicing tourism terms just in case. Valladolid is a quiet & safe city, I totally recommend it!! I felt very safe walking to and from the offices. Definitely come check out Premier Adventures!

An amazing experience! The workers were so kind and welcoming, and we hung out with them a lot! They're always happy to play a game or watch a movie. Accommodation was basic but perfectly fine for what we needed. The other volunteers we met were also amazing!! We usually didn't get our schedule for the week until late the afternoon before so it was a bit hard to plan, but more than enough time off!

Nuestra experiencia en Valladolid fue muy buena, tratamos con gente muy amable que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos en su hogar y en el voluntariado a desarrollar. Fue un trabajo realmente sencillo . Nos dieron consejos para disfrutar del pueblo en nuestra estancia y tuvimos oportunidad de conocer más la cultura maya. Gracias por todo equipo ❤️

I felt welcomed into their home and workspace by all. You live in a house with the other workers/ volunteers which is a nice vibe when you get to see eachother and talk about your day. As a couple we were in a private room which the bed was super comfy and spacious. The work is based in the offices, which is selling tours and providing information to customers. Even only speaking a little Spanish, you can learn quickly as all members also speak English. We felt like family staying here and I would recommend volunteering if you would like to expand your knowledge about Valladolid & Mexico!

I had an amazing time here. I was originally staying here for two weeks but because I loved it so much I extended for another week, which flew by before I knew it. Working with Miriam, Lupita and Jerry is the best. They all share their knowledge and experience with enthusiasm. Not only are they great to work with but they are almost great to spend time with after working during social hours. The hours and tasks are just as advised. During my time here I have been able to attend the Cenote Tour and go to Chichén Itzá. I cannot describe how amazing the tours were. Thank you for everything ❤️

I had an amazing time here the home! Everyone helps you to feel at home and is very helpful with recommendations on places to see. The tours are super cool, I would definitely recommend to do them during your stay. The hours and work are very fair and simple. Thank you Ivan, Miriam, Lupita and Jerry!! A trip I will remember.
