OVERVIEW: This was my first official volunteering opportunity, and I am very happy with the overall experience. Alan was the main point of contact during my stay and was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. He made sure all the volunteers had enough days off to allow for traveling outside of Valladolid or just time for yourself to relax. TASKS: You will be working as a receptionist for the tour agency "Premier Adventures". The goal is for you to explain the different tour options available to anyone that walks in and requests more info.

This was a truly beautiful experience. I met some really kind travelers. The work environment was professional, considerate and I really appreciated the effort that went into guiding volunteers through the working process. The home environment was also comfortable, Alan and Ivan were very accommodating and considerate and tended efficiently to the volunteers needs. They've done their best to create a highly functional living environment for volunteers to feel welcomed and safe. Valladolid is a very calm area and it was still fun. The tours offered were also exciting. I highly recommend.

My time with the Premier Adventure team was very good, the entire team made me feel very welcome, I was able to visit beautiful cenotes with the agency's tour, and the city is charming, lots of charming cafes and restaurants. The work is really very simple, but with little interaction with people, but for those who work online it is good, as they have a lot of time to dedicate to remote work. Special thanks to Miriam and Lupita who were so receptive and we shared good conversations and moments.

Muy bello lugar, todo es fácil de llegar caminando, el poder conocer los cenotes de Valladolid con sus tours hace que la experiencia se disfrute verdaderamente. El puesto en recepción es realmente sencillo, solo debes cumplir tu horario, personal muy gentil y agradable.

Una experiencia muy buena! Iván, Alan y todo el equipo son muy buenas personas. Tanto la casa como el trabajo en la oficina son geniales. Yo y mi pareja teníamos una habitación privada y podíamos utilizar la cocina cuando queríamos. Una experiencia muy buena y recomendable para conocer Valladolid y alrededores y conocer gente y otros viajeros. Gracias por todo chicos!

Had an amazing experience with Ivan and Alan at the volunteering program! They're fantastic people, super welcoming, and we had great communication right from day one. The volunteering tasks involved working in the tour office, where we got to interact with lots of locals and tourists the home. Plus, we awesome offers for their tours. Highly recommend for a rewarding and enjoyable time the home!
