Can't recommend enough! Grazie mille to the whole the hostel team, my first Worldpackers experience will definitely be hard to beat! The staff was so welcoming, had the best local recs, helped me learn some Italian, & made every day a little brighter (special s/o to Andrea, Zaira, & Naira). The tasks were pretty straightforward & simple, and the hostel itself very clean, comfortable, & a great location! The other volunteers were great, and socializing with the guests was lots of fun (especially w/ the bar shift--my fav!) Felt really at home in Napoli, will definitely be back! All my love <3

My first experience with worldpackers could not have been better! The staff is very professional, motivated and friendly. The hostel is very well maintained, well located and the vibe is very positive. Shifts are scheduled for the week, so you can organize your time in one of the most welcoming cities in Italy. Tasks are balanced and very clearly explained: communication with the staff is outstanding. I met a lot of international travelers, practiced my English and received many new inspirations. I sincerely thank all the staff and other volunteers for a very pleasant experience at the hostel.

I had a great first volunteer experience at the hostel! All the staff are very helpful, especially Andrea, Chef Mano and the cleaning ladies, who were so sweet to me! I was also lucky that the other two volunteers, Marley and Elias, became my great friends! Anyway, it's the perfect place to meet people from all over the world and practice English. If we had discounts on drinks it would be even better 😂 the tasks are as agreed! I'm available to answer any questions from future volunteers :)

This experience has been so fun and enjoyable! I worked either at breakfast or at the bar at night, which made it easy for me to do tourism or go sightseeing during the day :) The reception was always there to help and the colleges you work with during breakfast or dinners are Italian speakers, so you can practice your Italian! Overall a very clean and well situated hostel, definitely recommend :) Thank you to everyone who has made my first volunteer job so much fun! A dopo! // Marina

I totally recommand it! I was really well welcomed since the beginning. The staff is the most kind staff I ever met and they are always there to talk, recommand activities, etc. The receptionists, night guards, cleaning team, breakfast team, our amazing cook, the bosses of the Hostel, they all were amazing! It's such a friendly atmosphere and when I tried to speak italian they really supported me. The shifts allow me to enjoy the whole day in Naples and our main task is to create a great atmosphere. It's easy to learn how to manage the bar or the breakfast and I love it so much now! Thank you!

I enjoyed my time at the hostel. The tasks are really easy and enjoyable, the working hours are fair (you work either in the morning or in the evening so you are always free in the middle of the day) so you have a lot of time to explore Naples during your stay. The staff members are really supportive and nice to be around. I loved working at the bar and I learnt how to prepare drinks which for me was always a wish. My favorite part was meeting people from all over the world there. The hostel is very social and you have everything you need. I totally recommand it! Love the hostel team

My experience at the hostel was very good. The people who work there are very friendly and explain the tasks clearly. The tasks are quite easy and quick to learn, and can be the morning shift (breakfast) or the afternoon shift (bar). which will allow you to have the whole day to explore the city or surrounding areas. I would recommend this volunteering because it was a very good experience. Manu, who is in the kitchen, is very friendly and a very good person. If you don't speak Italian it is sometimes difficult to communicate but everyone's smiles make it more enjoyable. thank you

I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel, the staff were all friendly and welcoming. It has a great atmosphere and you feel like one of the team 🥰 The experience is fun as you get to meet and interact with guests visiting from all over the world, so it's a good way of connecting with other travellers and hearing interesting stories. The work itself is straightforward, and you can all have good fun putting on activities like karaoke when working in the evening 😁 The hostel is in a good location and there is plenty of time to visit popular places. My time in trictrac hostel was gratifying, all the staff in general was welcoming, kind and helpful; tasks were easy to perform and you even get freedom to organize and lead activities for and with the guests!, times are respected and given to you in advance which makes easy to plan your own thing, you can ask them for recommendations as well. Last but not least it's the chance of meeting other travelers from a variety of backgrounds and making new friends.

Una experiencia increible! Las instalaciones del hostel son impecables, la ubicación es ideal y las tareas son muy sencillas. Lo más reconocible es el nivel de atención al detalle, se preocupan por los huespedes y por los voluntarios. Lo más importante es generar una atmósfera amigable e integrar a todos los viajeros. Me voy más que agradecida de haber tenido la oportunidad de tener un espacio donde pude hacer un montón de amistades, practicar idiomas y recorrer la alucinante Napoli. Gracias a toda la familia del hostel por hacer de la experiencia aún más unica!🫶🏻
