The Experience
If you are sunny, full of ideas and wants to meet people from all over the world, we are looking for you! Our hostel needs an extra hand during breakfast and sometimes in our bar or cleaning teams (it depends on the day, but you will get the shifts in advanced). The tasks are pretty simple and you'll basically help us with organization, cleaning and guest interaction! Also, you will always be accompanied by someone from our team! Fun is a must ;)

- Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

My stay at TricTrac hostel was really great! All the staff is really kind and welcoming! The work is easy and makes you meet people from all around the world. And you still have a lot of time to enjoy the city and to visit. It was really a great experience I recommend!

10/10 I really enjoyed my time volunteering at the hostel! The place is cozy, clean, and very well located, close to everything you might need. The staff is amazing and super friendly! The tasks are simple, usually helping with breakfast or at the bar, and the shifts are well-planned and organized. Working hours are respected, and everything runs smoothly. I recommend this place if you're a social person and enjoy talking and meeting new people every day. P.S. A special thanks to Zaira, she's the best!!! 🤍✨

My volunteering at the hostel was amazing :) the staff was so kind and helpful!! The job is easy, only 4 hours a day — helping at the bar or at breakfast. You have so much time to explore everything that Napoli offers! I recommend this experience if you're a social person, I spent most of my time talking with the guests and entertaining them with games while making drinks. If that is your vibe, you will have so much fun and make friends with everyone easily!

Amazing experience! All the staff were very kind to me. I mostly did night shifts preparing drinks at the bar and always trying to make a good environment with guests. We organized beer pong, karaoke and other games with them. The other shift was preparing breakfast for guests in the morning. There were easygoing tasks and the staff always explained everything beforehand. The room is shared with other guests although I met amazing people and I enjoyed it during my whole stay and I hope to get back soon. The hostel facilities are of quality and the location is perfect! Loved free pasta night
