This was my first volunteer experience of Worldpackers and since I arrived to the hostal they made me feel welcome, it was low season so the job was very easy to manage and I had plenty of time to be able to explore Napoli, I was able to meet a lot of travellers in the hostal and all the hours of work and task where respected by the host. And the hostal's staff was friendly and helpful. And when there was a misunderstanding the hostal was very professional in managing it .

Volunteering at this hostel was an awesome experience. The team was very welcoming, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The hostel itself is clean, cool and perfectly located for exploring the area. Tasks were varied and enjoyable, from helping at the bar to organizing events, with a well-balanced schedule that allowed plenty of free time. I met amazing people, learned a lot, and had an enriching experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a rewarding volunteer opportunity!

I had the most incredible volunteering experience with TricTrac from start to finish. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive I felt valued and appreciated throughout my entire experience, miss everyone so much!! The working hours were exactly as agreed, and the job was fun and easy-perfect for those who are social and want to get to know new people. The hostel was incredibly cozy and well-designed, they provided everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A huge thank you to Zaira and Andrea for being such amazing managers. Highly recommend!🌟

Everyone at the hostel was amazing and so welcoming, in particular Andrea and Naira really went above and beyond, definitely a highlight of the stay. The hostel itself is by far the nicest hostel I've ever stay at, super clean, breakfast provided plus dinner on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights. The work is chill and a great way to get to know the guest. I'd highly recommend volunteering at the hostel

Volunteering at the hostel was fantastic. As my first hostel experience, I felt welcome from day one. Tasks were simple and manageable, though a bit more guidance at the bar for drink prep would help. The team was friendly and supportive. Naples is a vibrant city, rich in history and culture. The hostel's atmosphere made it easy to meet people, and I made friends from all over the world. This experience was both personally and culturally enriching. I highly recommend the hostel to anyone seeking genuine immersion in Neapolitan life.

I had an amazing time volunteering at the hostel. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and tries to make your time here great! The shifts are respected and the work is extremely straightforward. You get your shifts on Sunday for the following week and they are either in the morning or at night, so there is plenty of time to explore Naples or do day trips to the surrounding areas! The hostel is very clean and the beds are super comfortable (probably one of the best mattress I have slept on in a hostel). The common area is big and very modern, with a balcony overlooking Vesuvius.

I had an amazing time at the hostel, thank you so much for everything! The hostel itself is great, a save haven in the chaotic city of Naples, very clean with an amazing (large) common area. The staff was really friendly, everything with the shifts and all of the communication went flawless. Though basically all of them spoke a very good English, they also helped me improve my Italian. :) The shifts were perfectly organized and not too hard work. We were even allowed to sit and chat with the guests during our barshifts (when there was nothing to do). Would do it again!

It was my first experience volunteering with worldpackers and I had an amazing experience volunteering in the hostel. From day one, I felt very welcomed staffs and volunteers were friendly and supportive. I helped with breakfast and worked at bar, tasks were simple and enjoyable. One of the highlights was meeting and chatting with people from all over the world. I was working 4h per day 6 days and one day off I had plenty of free time to explore around Napoli and local food. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I felt at home during my stay. I can't recommend this hostel enough.

My experience in the hostel was amazing. First of all, I would like to highlight the staff because they really know what they are doing. They are always there willing to help and to teach you how to do your work. Most of my shifs I worked with Manu, he is kind, he is interested in learning about the volunteers cultures and he looks for communicating with you. Also, I would like to highlight Zaira's role because she makes everyone to feel seen and important. On the other hand, the shifts are really good, you can help in the kitchen, in the bar, cleaning I hope next time I can stay longer

This was my first experience with Worldpackers and I absolutely recommend the hostel. The hostel itself is great, the vibes, location, rooms, beds, infracstructure, cleanless, everything. All the staff (volunteers, owners, reception, kitchen, cleaning, night guards) are wonderful, friendly and very welcoming. The shifts and tasks are really clear, simple and working hours are respected. Thanks to everyone in the hostel, I felt really comfortable and I had an amazing experience!
