I enjoyed my time at TricTrac. It's a great place to meet and learn from travelers from all over the world. The free pasta nights are a good bonus and there's usually leftovers for volunteers to have the next day. You only work the night shifts, giving you the days free until 7 or 8. However, the job itself is vague, and there is an expectation for volunteers to go above and beyond the tasks you're given, which can be difficult to understand.

Hostal súper céntrico, súper limpio, (gracias a Theresa y el resto de las chicas que son increíbles) con horas respetadas, desayuno incluido. La cama es muy cómoda. Compartirás cuarto con el resto de los huéspedes . Estuve en el bar y tuve suerte de haber conocido a Alfonso con una energía increíble y por su puesto Laura, más que otra voluntaria una nueva amiga! Tareas fáciles que debes de aprender rápidamente.. El equipo en general amable. Me habría gustado que la cocina estuviera en mejores condiciones. Tienes pasta gratis con karaoke !

Hostel social, com ótimo café da manhã e bem localizado. Uma experiência legal que poderia ser ainda melhor com uma comunicação mais próxima e mais organizada entre toda a equipe. Recomendo a experiência!

Coming in a rather calm time of the year, it was sometimes hard to find guests to connect with since i think that more groups than solo travellers were present, and sometimes it wasn't as social as the reviews promised. Also, there are just two volunteers in total. However, the hours were respected and tasks are super simple. The permanent team is nice, the included breakfast amazing. Accommodation was the 12 bed dorm which was also doable and very clean. I love Napoli as a city a lot - so much to do, to see, to eat and explore. :)

My first volunteering and an amazing first experience! The staff was kind and welcoming; I was able to practice my Italian with them and unlock my English conversation skills with the guests… It exceeded my expectations! Three life-changing weeks, and I left completely in love with Naples. The shifts are well-structured, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the city at a relaxed pace. I worked some days at the bar and others during breakfast. Thank you for the opportunity, TricTrac!

This was my first volunteer experience of Worldpackers and since I arrived to the hostal they made me feel welcome, it was low season so the job was very easy to manage and I had plenty of time to be able to explore Napoli, I was able to meet a lot of travellers in the hostal and all the hours of work and task where respected by the host. And the hostal's staff was friendly and helpful. And when there was a misunderstanding the hostal was very professional in managing it .

Volunteering at this hostel was an awesome experience. The team was very welcoming, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The hostel itself is clean, cool and perfectly located for exploring the area. Tasks were varied and enjoyable, from helping at the bar to organizing events, with a well-balanced schedule that allowed plenty of free time. I met amazing people, learned a lot, and had an enriching experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a rewarding volunteer opportunity!

I had the most incredible volunteering experience with TricTrac from start to finish. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive I felt valued and appreciated throughout my entire experience, miss everyone so much!! The working hours were exactly as agreed, and the job was fun and easy-perfect for those who are social and want to get to know new people. The hostel was incredibly cozy and well-designed, they provided everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A huge thank you to Zaira and Andrea for being such amazing managers. Highly recommend!🌟

Everyone at the hostel was amazing and so welcoming, in particular Andrea and Naira really went above and beyond, definitely a highlight of the stay. The hostel itself is by far the nicest hostel I've ever stay at, super clean, breakfast provided plus dinner on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights. The work is chill and a great way to get to know the guest. I'd highly recommend volunteering at the hostel

Volunteering at the hostel was fantastic. As my first hostel experience, I felt welcome from day one. Tasks were simple and manageable, though a bit more guidance at the bar for drink prep would help. The team was friendly and supportive. Naples is a vibrant city, rich in history and culture.
