Amazing experience! All the staff were very kind to me. I mostly did night shifts preparing drinks at the bar and always trying to make a good environment with guests. We organized beer pong, karaoke and other games with them. The other shift was preparing breakfast for guests in the morning. There were easygoing tasks and the staff always explained everything beforehand. The room is shared with other guests although I met amazing people and I enjoyed it during my whole stay and I hope to get back soon. The hostel facilities are of quality and the location is perfect! Loved free pasta night

I highly recommend this experience! It was my first time volunteering, and the best possible way start!😊 The hostel team are wonderfull people—kind, open-minded, supportive and willing to hear your ideas. The hostel was excellent, super clean, really well organized, vivid and sunny common areas & perfect location! Also an ideal place to meet and connect with other travellers. The tasks were very simple and gave me the opportunity to interact and meet other people while doing them & I still had plenty of personal time left! The vibes were amazing!😊☀️I trully felt the hostel like home❤️

My time at Tic the hostel was absolutely incredible! Everyone is super welcoming, always willing to help and give tips about what to do, where to go or what food to try :) This is honestly the best hostel I've ever been to, everything is nice, very cozy and super clean, breakfast is included (and delicious). The work itself was very easy. I was doing either the morning breakfast shift or the evening shift at the bar, everything was always well-explained so I never had any issues. I've honestly fallen in love with Naples. I will be back for sure! Thank you so much for everything! ❤️

I enjoyed my time at TricTrac. It's a great place to meet and learn from travelers from all over the world. The free pasta nights are a good bonus and there's usually leftovers for volunteers to have the next day. You only work the night shifts, giving you the days free until 7 or 8. However, the job itself is vague, and there is an expectation for volunteers to go above and beyond the tasks you're given, which can be difficult to understand.

Coming in a rather calm time of the year, it was sometimes hard to find guests to connect with since i think that more groups than solo travellers were present, and sometimes it wasn't as social as the reviews promised. Also, there are just two volunteers in total. However, the hours were respected and tasks are super simple. The permanent team is nice, the included breakfast amazing. Accommodation was the 12 bed dorm which was also doable and very clean. I love Napoli as a city a lot - so much to do, to see, to eat and explore. :)

My first volunteering and an amazing first experience! The staff was kind and welcoming; I was able to practice my Italian with them and unlock my English conversation skills with the guests… It exceeded my expectations! Three life-changing weeks, and I left completely in love with Naples. The shifts are well-structured, giving us plenty of time to enjoy the city at a relaxed pace. I worked some days at the bar and others during breakfast. Thank you for the opportunity, TricTrac!

This was my first volunteer experience of Worldpackers and since I arrived to the hostal they made me feel welcome, it was low season so the job was very easy to manage and I had plenty of time to be able to explore Napoli, I was able to meet a lot of travellers in the hostal and all the hours of work and task where respected by the host. And the hostal's staff was friendly and helpful. And when there was a misunderstanding the hostal was very professional in managing it .

Volunteering at this hostel was an awesome experience. The team was very welcoming, creating a friendly and supportive atmosphere. The hostel itself is clean, cool and perfectly located for exploring the area. Tasks were varied and enjoyable, from helping at the bar to organizing events, with a well-balanced schedule that allowed plenty of free time. I met amazing people, learned a lot, and had an enriching experience overall. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a rewarding volunteer opportunity!

I had the most incredible volunteering experience with TricTrac from start to finish. The staff is warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive I felt valued and appreciated throughout my entire experience, miss everyone so much!! The working hours were exactly as agreed, and the job was fun and easy-perfect for those who are social and want to get to know new people. The hostel was incredibly cozy and well-designed, they provided everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A huge thank you to Zaira and Andrea for being such amazing managers. Highly recommend!🌟
