The hostel had a comfy and cozy atmosphere from the get go. The front facing balcony was a great place to have breakfast with the view of Vesuvio and the pasta and pizza nights 3 times a week were a lovely surprise. All the staff are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have + give you recommendations on where to go in the city. I think they're very considerate choosing their volunteers and I got the chance to work with another great girl. You definitely won't get bored staying here!

I just left TricTrac today and I'm already looking forward to coming back someday. It was my first experience as a volunteer and I could not have chosen a better one. Thank you to all the lovely TricTrac staff for being so welcoming and warm. I highly recommend working with them 🥰

It was my first volunteering experience with Worldpackers, but definitely not my last one!! I had a great time, everything went smoothly. The tasks were simple, VERY clear and fair. You get to live in a guest dorm, since there's no Volunteer dorm (makes sense, since the hostel is not big), and you may need to play some tetris in case you have a big suitcase. The staff is top. For a hostel, breakfast is superb. I was lucky enough to have another volunteer working with me, that we ended up getting very connected, and that's probably the best part... Un abbraccio <3 *Forza Napoli :)

Had a great stay, the staff was very welcoming, warm and friendly! I fell in love with Naples and would definitly want to return, maybe in summer time. Since I was volunteering in february, which is low-season, there were times when the hostel wasn't fully booked and there were some more quiet evenings. However, this created a very cozy, familiar environment, making it possible to know all the guests by name and allowing enough time for longer conversations, really getting to know everyone. Over all, I am very glad that I chose this hostel for my first worldpackers experience! <3

As soon as I walked through the doors of the hostel and I was instantly treated as part of the TricTrac family. That warm and genuine welcome was just the beginning of a great adventure in this vibrant beautiful city! If you are aproachable, friendly and have a good attitude, the task will become quite easy very soon. Every single member of the TricTrac family will make you feel at home and won't hesitate to help you whenever you have a question or need a hand.I'll leave behind piece of my heart in this place, and take some great heartwarming memories with me.

The experience was great, the hostel is super clean, tidy, very nice with a great shared space and fun activities that are offered such as pasta nights or language learning nights. The work was easy and fun, as was working at the bar, and the instructions were clear. The entire staff are great, all very welcoming, good vibes and helpful ! Thank you Angela for your understanding and helpful words 🫶🏻 Totally recommend as of course Napoli is an amazing city with amazing people.

My experience at TricTrac Hostel has been perfect. I had the possibility to stay 2 weeks in a city that I love, meet a lot of people from all over the world and speak the languages that I know. The work is easy and the hostel is really nice, modern, clean and in a central position. Moreover, the staff have been amazing with me since the first moment I came. If u are thinking about volunteering in Naples, TricTrac Hostel is the place where to stay. Thank u everyone!!! I'll come back!!! 🙂

Im grateful for the opportunity to volunteer @ the hostel & experience Naples' beauty❤️ the hostel is clean & cozy with an incredible balcony view! its very central & near to the metro/port. shifts were simple & i loved Naira & Andrea's mentorship, which helped expand my bartending knowledge & skills! sadly, our sleep quality deteriorated as volunteers shared a 12-person dorm with guests, as a group of French teens wouldnt stop being disrespectful & disruptive. there were some misunderstanding but i want to thank Angela for resolving promptly with professionalism. thank you again, the hostel!

Hours were easy. I now know how to make an aperol spritz off the top of my head. Paid staff were all locals and super nice! The bartenders beach recommendations were top notch. The guests were awesome! This stay earned me new friends, locals and travelers. At times I did feel like it was too much. Like, washing the dishes, cleaning up the tables, cleaning the ashtrays, throwing out the trash, restocking the fridges. Which would've been made easier if all of that didn't fall on one person. The volunteer who trained me was awesome at splitting up the work and we felt like a team <3

It was my first volunteering experience and it was the best possible one for me! The Hostel is really nice, the staff is so welcoming and friendly! The city is also amazing and the hostel is actually very well situated, in the historical center. I would 100% recommend this experience to everyone! It was only 2 weeks but it was enough to make me feel like home. To all the staff, grazie mille per tutto e alla prossima! Vvb
