The hostel was my first volunteering experience and I'm so glad it was! Working hours and expectations are agreed upon and communicated by the manager in the first few days. The hostel itself is really lovely and attracts likeminded people who I gained so much knowledge from! The staff is also wonderful, special love to Mano, Martina and Naira for the welcoming arms! Definitely recommend if you're looking for an inviting space to meet new people and create memories :) Breakfast and dinner 3x a week was also a plus!

What a lovely team is the hostel !! I really enjoyed my time here, even if it was really quiet due to the christmas time and low season, I had a lot of fun with the employees. Everybody is really welcoming and you will feel part of the team really fast. Communication and organization are good, the facilities and the bedroom are really comfortable, the shift are easy and Napoli is full of life. I really recommand this experience. Will miss you everydody, auguri amici miei 🫶

My 1st volunteering experience has been beyond my expectations! Super clean rooms, comfy common areas, amazing breakfast. I worked at the bar at night, was very cool to learn how to make cocktails. It was part of the job to just socialize with the guests, so you get to know so many travellers! All Italian staff is so friendly, I felt like home and a big family. Shout out to Martina & Giovanni at the bar, Nikky & Manu in kitchen and Naira & Zaira at reception. Angela the manager was very accommodating. I'll keep great memories of this opportunity, thanks to all of you guys.❤️ Un abbraccio.

TTH was my first volunteer experience and it couldn't have been better! From the first time I arrived the staff was so friendly, I even remember Zaira lent me her umbrella 'cause it was pouring outside. She and Angela were super clear about the duties, rules and the facilities as volunteers. I worked mainly at the bar and Martina and Naira, the bartenders, were just amazing, I always enjoyed their company. Many thanks to Niky and Giovanni for being so kind and Manu for his delicious food! The Hostel stands out for its cleanliness, comfort and location. I'd recommend it 100% Grazie Mille!

This was an awesome experience! The hostel is really clean and it provides breakfast every morning, all the staff is really friendly and helpful, shout out to Angela for being always open to communicate and helped me to spend a really nice time in Naples! Also the hostel is really well located and you can get to meet so many travelers to spend good times with.

My experience at the hostel was enriching, unique, and immersive. The hostel has an excellent location in the historic center. The accomodation was clean and comfortable. The staff is a super team of polyglot Napolitans that was very welcoming from the beginning and they always treated me well. I am very grateful that they understood how passionate I am about learning languages. They always spoke to me in Italian and they had the patience to correct me. Overall it was a fantastic experience that I absolutely recommend to the lucky ones looking for a volunteering opportunity in Napoli.

I stayed 2 weeks at the hostel and it was one of my most interesting trip, there is people from all over the world so you can practice languages, you get to learn about many differents cultures and nationalities. The facilities are amazing, from many guests sayings and my point of view the best hostel I've been to so far. The work is really easy, the team is great and the big part of it is to socialize with guests so perfect. Would definitely come back as a guest or a volunteer ♥️

I unfortunately had to cut my time here short due to illness, but the days I spent there were great! The work was super straightforward and the hours were agreed upon at the start of the week. Definitely a great way to meet other travellers, and it was located in an awesome spot.

Tive o prazer dessa ser minha primeira experiência em voluntariado e não vou esquecer como foi incrível lá. Eu nunca fui bartender mas tudo foi bem explicado pela maravilhosa Martina! Era sempre um prazer trabalhar com ela e Naira que por vezes me ajudou no bar e sua companhia era sempre ótima (obrigado por tentar melhorar meu italiano haha). As staffs Angela e Zaira cuidaram de me recepcionar, tirar dúvidas e esclarecer tudo.Um grande abraço para Alberto e Lorenzo, Constantino e Manu que tornaram tudo mais leve. Abraços também para os outros membros da família o hostel. Recomendo demais <3

Amazing experience! Team were amazing and I had the best time volunteering at the hostel! I would definitely recommend :) the tasks are super simple and shifts are only 4 hours a day. I was able to meet loads of international travellers and interact with supportive staff. Thank you so much!
