Amazing experience! Team were amazing and I had the best time volunteering at the hostel! I would definitely recommend :) the tasks are super simple and shifts are only 4 hours a day. I was able to meet loads of international travellers and interact with supportive staff. Thank you so much!

Being a volunteer at the hostel was my first volunteering experience and it couldn't be better! They accepted my last minute application and where very flexible with my schedule - thanks Angela. The team is very nice and the job is pretty easy - there's always one member of the team with you during your shift. Working during breakfast with Nikki and Manu was great and a bit challenging to me since I don't speak Italian, but still fun. Haha I highly recommend this hostel and Napoli, I'm sure you will have a great time there! ;)

My experience in the hostel has been AMAZING. I spent 3 weeks there I can only recommend this host. The staff is superfriendly and I had a great time, not only working with them, but also in my free time. Just spending time in reception or in the bar talking with everyone felt like hanging out with friends. The working hours are only 4 and most of the time was socializing with guests. It's well located, they explain everything to you perfectly and you have enough time to enjoy your holidays and travel around. Grazie mille the hostel!!! I would repeat! Vedi Napoli e poi muori

I had an amazing time at the hostel! I had already fallen in love with Naples last year but this time with such a central location and an amazing team of people from Naples at my disposal I feel like I got to know the city so much better. I grew very fond of the people I worked with and got to practise my Italian (although my Neapolitan is still dreadful…something to work on for next time). We had a lot of fun and the work was exactly what was agreed on. The tasks were simple, essentially being an extra pair of hands while interacting with the guests. Highly recommend! Alla prossima! 💙

I had a great experience at the hostel, the place is very clean, and I could get to know many travelers from many different countries. The tasks were ok, the night shift is usually easier. The staff was very friendly and nice, and the activities at the hostel help a lot to socialize and have fun!

I really enjoyed being at TricTrac. The most important thing to me is that the staff members aways were very kind, I enjoyed working together with each of them :) the tasks are not difficult and I could always ask if I had any questions. The hostel is a fresh and clean building. The tasks are not difficult. I shared great moments both with the guests and the staff members, and could explore Napoli and the surroundings during my stay. I would always come back :)

It was a very good experience! The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and new, the tasks are easy… Naples is a city with a special charm, and I also enjoyed the company of many guests, so it's a 100% recommended experience.

Doing this volunteering experience at the hostel has been one of the best experiences in my life, I had the opportunity to meet many people from all over the world and build some friendships what actually makes me feel so happy. Napolitans are so interesting and have great vibe literally since the first "ciao". Talking about the chores you will learn and have fun at the same time, those are super easy. Last but not less the staff is incredible, and the hostel looks always stunning. Thank you so much the hostel for trusting me and gave me the chance to be part of the team.

I did 3 weeks of volunteering and it was a great experience. I was helping out Niky at breakfast time, cleaning dishes, and chatting with guests of the hostel. On other days I was with Martina, as a bartender at night time I learn to do Aperol drinks. Where I was promoting the Karaoke night, which is a lot of fun. Pasta and pizza night were also great and easy to help clean the kitchen. The hostel is very clean, big, and well-located. I did day trips to Capri and Positano on my free days. I would recommend this volunteering to practice your Italian and to get to know about Italian culture.
