We need a digital expert to build the backbone of our business! Implement and streamline essential systems using Google Workspace and Monday.com for our hotel, short and long term rentals, and property management. Your expertise in process design, SOP creation, and tech integration will ensure our long-term success. Perfect for organized, detail-oriented digital nomads!


What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Party Promoter: Help organise and promote parties and social activities.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

Additional fee required

Amount: € 6 Per day

Fee pays for: Benefits for travelers

Description: Daily Food Contribution: Just €6,00! We ask for a small daily contribution of €6,00 to cover three delicious, wholesome meals and snacks every day. Enjoy a mix of prepared, home-cooked meals and the chance to get creative by preparing your own meals using the fresh, stocked ingredients from our pantry.


What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Get free drinks or beverages.: Drink up! Get free and tasty drinks for yourself.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Basic Internet Access: Basic speed internet for you to work remotely

The Challenge & Vision

Are you a highly organized, digital systems wizard who loves building efficiency from the ground up? We are seeking a visionary volunteer to join our team and help us build the foundational operational structure for our diverse property business—encompassing our hotel/Airbnb operations, long-term rentals, property management, and real estate services.

You won't be doing physical labor; your job is to design, implement, and streamline the systems that will make us run flawlessly! This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development and organizational design.


Activities & Shift

Your Core Mission: Systems Implementation

You will be responsible for creating, documenting, and teaching our team how to use new digital processes. Specific tasks include:

Google Workspace (G Suite) Setup: Building organized shared drives, setting up standard email templates, and integrating calendar/meeting protocols across all business units.

Project & Task Management (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana): Designing and launching a centralized platform for tracking all business processes, including:

Guest check-in/check-out flows.

Property maintenance requests.

Real estate client tracking.

Internal team scheduling and assignments.

Documentation: Creating clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all key business functions, ensuring smooth transitions and training.

Guest Policy: For security and privacy, no outside guests, friends, or visitors are allowed on the property.

Be Considerate: Please maintain a respectful and quiet demeanor, especially around guest areas and after 10 PM. Your cooperation helps ensure all our guests enjoy a relaxing stay.

Tidy Up: We value cleanliness! Please always clean up after yourself in all shared spaces (kitchen, common areas, etc.) immediately after use.
