Description
A contribution of 15 euros per week per person would be greatly appreciated. This contributes to the well-being of the household and to the foundation's expenses. Its primary purpose is to cover accommodation costs (3 meals per days, electricity, running water, transportation). The remaining amount will be used trough the foundation (medication, food, supplies...ect).

- Basic speed internet for you to work remotely
- Dedicated Workspace
- Specific space for you to work remotely
- Use our equipped kitchen
- Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.
- Free Laundry
- You can use our laundry room freely.
- Free Tours
- We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!
- Language lessons
- Take free language classes at our place.
- Permaculture Course
- Take part in our Permaculture course for free.
- Pick Up
- We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
- Certificate
- Get a certificate of completion after you finish your experience.
- Support
- Get help from the Worldpackers support team in case you need it, at any point of your trip.

Role Overview: As a volunteer at Upendo, you will actively participate in community-focused projects designed to empower individuals and improve livelihoods. This role involves collaborating with local staff and community members to support initiatives in education, youth mentorship, environmental conservation, and skill development.

I never expected this to turn out so well. I was already very happy that Emanuel was willing to welcome me for one or two days, as I wasn't able to commit to more at first. What started small unfolded into something truly beautiful. I was warmly received, and we immediately started working together. What Emanuel and his family do for the project deeply touched me, so I decided to return for several more days. Together with Emanuel and his wife, we started a small project to support the neighborhood through funding I organized. They truly warmed my heart, and they will definitely see me again
