Volunteers at The Lighthouse help us grow an eco-focused space by building tent platforms, shaping garden paths, painting, cleaning, and supporting breakfast prep. Days are simple and hands-on, with time to enjoy nature and connect with our small community. We value kindness, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Your work helps create a more sustainable and welcoming space for guests.

I wrote this onthe eco village 4th of Jan, few days after my 1st month. "I woke up this morning with a longing for a place I never knew existed. A place I never knew that's gonna somehow someday find me." What this place for me is "a safe place to be free, seen, heard and to be exactly who you want to be." And thats what being inthe eco village eco villageis. This place and all these people became my family, whom I will cherish forthe eco village rest of my life. My time was spent learning, building, and growing. Working side by side, sharing meals, conversations, and laughter. I left this place with a full heart and memories

Morning yoga, game and movie nights are special moments to connect. the eco villageeco villagefood is amazing, Myo isthe eco village best. Curtis is a great host, very present, caring and always making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. %100 recommend.

Volunteering atthe eco village eco villagehas been one ofthe eco village highlights of my trip and was an amazing experience! the eco villageeco villagework is very versatile and fun and there is a lot of freedom to choose your own project to work on. After work there is plenty of free time to enjoythe eco village island and hang out. the eco villageeco villageatmosphere atthe eco village eco villageis amazing and very social so everyone feels like family. Curtis is a great host and is always taking time to listen to everyone's opinions and creates an environment that makes work fun and includes everyone! Alsothe eco village food that we got to eat is amazing! I would 100% recommend!!

Volunteering atthe eco village eco villagewas one of most meaningful experiences of my travels. Fromthe eco village first days, the eco villageeco villageplace felt like a beautiful, breathing community. I made friends I'll carry with me. We shared meals daily (chef Myo is wonderful), worked side by side, learned a lot from each other, and held space for boththe eco village beautiful and challenging moments of communal living. the eco villageeco villagework is fair and varied, and you truly feel like what you do matters. Curtis is an incredible, caring and admirable person whose presence shapesthe eco village heart of this place. Leaving was really hard, which says everything.
