The Experience
We looking for help with our land management and regeneration on Pico, in the Azores. We have a beautiful forest that in at the minute impenetrable, we want to create a thriving biodiverse forest with fruit trees. We need your help to achieve this!

The experience is awesome, everything here is looking so great, Lissa and Corne are always so caring and aware of what we might need and the island is just like heaven. Being in the island gives me peace , I cannot ask for more , this is definitely a fulfilling experience.

My time on the farm was the most amazing experience i could have hoped for. The island is beautiful and has so many lovely views and places to explore. Lissa and Corne were super welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation was lovely and I got to meet so many lovely people who were also volunteering there.

I had an incredible experience at the farm! Lissa and Corne are warm, generous, and always approachable, making me feel at home from day one. The other Worldpackers were also sweet, it felt like we became a family by the end. The work hours are respected, and I had the chance to learn new skills (I learned how to tile). In our free time, we explored the island's beautiful beaches, often using the SUP boards and kayaks provided by the hosts.I would highly recommend this experience to any worldpacker who loves meeting other travellers and exploring nature. the farm is truly special.

I had an amazing time volunteering on the farm. Lissa and Corne are wonderful hosts who are so welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. The work hours are fair and we gained a lot of new skills including gardening, tiling floors and using power tools. I had lots of free time to explore the island on foot or on the kayaks and SUPs and rest on the beautiful beaches with a book. It was truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to experience life on a private island. The other volunteers became great friends and we made lots of great memories during our time on the island.

The farm is paradise on earth. Lissa and Corne are amazing hosts who always have a smile. They will make you feel at home from the first day. For work I learned a lot of things, such as painting, using a grass cutter or sanding. And outside working hours you have the island to yourself. I had the opportunity to go snorkeling and see beautiful fish and corals, I have also been kayaking and stand up paddling all around the island, and if you're lucky you might spot Rob the seal. I also met other volunteers who are just as amazing and with whom I created unforgettable memories 💖
