El voluntariado en el hostel el hostel no cumplió mis expectativas. La gestión es limitada, sin administradores activos y con recursos precarios. Lo más valioso fue la calidez de las señoras de servicio y algunos voluntarios que llegaron días después. No hay formación ni condiciones dignas: se duerme con huéspedes, sin aire acondicionado tras turnos nocturnos, y las promesas de pagos se incumplen o se demoran. Es útil para conocer la ciudad, pero no para crecer ni aportar realmente.
