Activities & Shift

Main Duties:

Check-in/Check-out: Assist with guest registration, key collection, and explanation of basic hostel rules.

Guest Relations: Answer questions, provide guidance on transportation, activities, tours, and local recommendations.

Internal Communication: Report any updates to the administrative or housekeeping team.

Reservation Management: Assist in confirming and updating reservations in the system (as delegated).

Social Environment: Promote good vibes in common areas, integrating guests and supporting community activities.

Arrive for your shift on time. Remember that reception is the heart of the hostel and cannot be left alone.

If you can't cover a shift or an emergency arises, inform the coordinator or manager immediately.

Apply the same rules that apply to guests (silence during breaks, order in common areas, etc.).
