The Experience
Do you enjoy helping people, being organized, and sharing tips? We’re looking for a Guest Experience Assistant to support our reception team. You’ll welcome travelers, help with check-ins/check-outs, and share the best local tips about cenotes, ruins, and culture. Also help to serve breakfast sometimes. Sell tours and share experiences. Bartending is also a possibility. Your mission: make guests feel at home from the first “hola”.
