Meu povo, voluntariar no hostel foi tipo a melhor decisão! Sério! O hostel é UM ESPETÁCULO, com tudo que a gente precisa e mais um pouco. Sem falar na localização: pertinho das melhores praias e do ladinho da Rua das Pedras pra bater perna e comer bem. As tarefas? Tranquilas, só seguir o combinado e curtir. Um agradecimento especial aos anfitriões Meli e Juan que me receberam tão bem, vocês são incríveis, e a todos os voluntários que estiveram comigo nessa jornada, valeu demais pelas risadas e pelas histórias que a gente construiu! Búzios, o hostel e essa galera maravilhosa, até breve.

Minha primeira experiência voluntariando não poderia ter sido em outro lugar! Gurú Hostel é completo: anfitriões gnt boa, c/ paciência pra te ensinar e não explora nas atividades. Além você se sentir em casa e te acolher. Local ótimo pra praticar espanhol visto q os anfitriões são argentinos e há MUITO hispano falante em Búzios! Localização ótima, da pra fazer a maioria das coisas a pé. Mas atenção: pra quem tem dificuldade de mobilidade ou não consegue subir escadas já vai ciente que tem alguns lances e o quarto dos voluntários é o mais alto. Faça seu trabalho direito e n terá problemas!

Foi como morar em um paraíso por um tempo, sem comentários...... simplesmente perfeito!!! Os anfitriões são como amigos de infância, você se conectar muito fácil com eles e com o hostel. Não dá vontade de ir embora, quero morar aqui haha Nota 100000 para a experiência, amei de vdd e mudou minha vida! ❤️

Voluntariar no the hostel é ter oportunidade de colaborar com um hostel realmente do zero. Tem uma energia muito boa onde todos se ajudam e ajudam no que pode. Sou apaixonado pelo ambiente entre as árvores, a cozinha toda equipada e o melhor quarto de voluntários que já fiquei. Juan e Meli são os melhores anfitriões e tudo isso não seria o mesmo sem a Rita. Amei minha estadia no the hostel. 🩵

O Gabriel foi um voluntario ótimo! Trabalhou diretinho na sua estadía e de jeito proativo! Ele propôs e implementou melhorias em alguns sistemas de trabalho e sempre se preocupou em prestar um bom serviço aos hóspedes. Adoramos a estadía do Gabriel no Guru e esperamos volte sempre!

O ambiente Do Gurú hostel em si é boa, a área é aconchegante e bem grande, a localização é perto um pouco do centro. A minha experiência não foi muito boa, tive alguns erros sim que reconheço, mas creio que poderia ter uma conversa para ser resolvido e ajustado da melhor maneira. As tarefas eram mal distribuídas, enquanto alguns voluntários sempre ficavam com a maioria das tarefas, outros que já estavam a mais tempo não faziam nada e queriam pagar lição, isso é bem injusto. O anfitrião Juan é gente boa, mas acredito que o casal deveria administrar melhor esses pontos das tarefas.
