The Experience

A huge hostel & bar at Full Moon Party, Koh Phangan, Thailand. Well-known as the most social place, treating guests and staff like family. We work together in all aspects of running our businesses creating the absolute BEST atmosphere possible for everyone! On Full Moon we work hard & play hard - long hours but tons of fun. Between Full Moons it's quiet, and we clean, repair, & improve! (We also often have new projects on the islands too!)

Was a great first travelling experience for me, I met so many people and made friends for life! It's very quiet except for around the full moon party dates. The work is extremely fair and although working quite a bit during the full moon there is still loads of time to party. I'd definitely recommend arriving at least a couple of weeks before the full moon to get a chance to really explore the island and do everything you want to do in Koh phangan. As a solo traveller the hostel really forced me to come out of my shell, I will really miss being here.

WET is an amazing place and Loren (the host) is very empathetic and caring for others. I missed a train so I couldn't make it on time, due to this I dind't have the volunteer experience that I first applied for, but still went to WET as a guest because I didn't want to miss the experience of being there! When I arrived, I met Loren and he was such a nice person!! I was able to stay for a couple days as a volunteer taking some drone shots of the hostel. I also became friends with the other volunteers and it was a very fun experience. I would definitely recommend it if you like to party.

It was an incredible experience! Franciele and me had a lot of fun. The staff was friendly, and the parties were great. The island is very small, so you can see a lot of things in a few weeks. The Full Moon Party is cool, and you will connect with people from all over the world! Be prepared to socialize and party every day!

I absolutely loved this volunteer. Genuinely was one of the best trips I've taken in my entire life. Everyone I was volunteering with truly became like family to me. We're already planning on meeting back up. The work hours are a bit much but reasonable for what you get in return. I would absolutely recommend this hostel and I will absolutely be coming back.
