The Experience
A huge hostel & bar at Full Moon Party, Koh Phangan, Thailand. Well-known as the most social place, treating guests and staff like family. We work together in all aspects of running our businesses creating the absolute BEST atmosphere possible for everyone! On Full Moon we work hard & play hard - long hours but tons of fun. Between Full Moons it's quiet, and we clean, repair, & improve! (We also often have new projects on the islands too!)

If you're a super social person who loves to party this is the place for you! The huge benefit of this job is that the work means you are introducing yourself to so many people so when I'd go to party I was partying with all my friends because I'd met them earlier.Even now that I've left the island people still recognize me from my time in wet or tell me they visited wet and enjoyed their time. I felt like I was part of a family when I worked here because all the workers look out and take care of each other. Im so so lucky I got to have this opportunity. You get exactly what you put into it.

Volunteering at WET was such an amazing experience! Highly recommend it if you're looking for a fun way to meet people from all over the world, party, and enjoy the island life. During Full Moon week, tasks are shared pretty equally and it's actually fun helping out. You also get to go to lots of cool parties happening all week. After that, you basically have all your time free to explore the island and hang with the other volunteers. There was a small issue with the room at the beginning, but the staff was super chill and fixed it right away. Everyone was really kind and welcoming.
